Preparations for the Chili Open are going very well. We have collected a lot of things for the auction baskets, but are still working on sponsers. If you know of a business that would sponser the Pingree Center, please contact Laurel at laureli@vmh.com. Also, raffle tickets for the Chili Open are now available to purchase. This year`s grand prize is a trip for 6 to Cancun, Mexico! There is also a flat screen HD TV, iPod Touch, and a bicycle up for grabs. Tickets are $2.00 each or 6 for $10.00. Buy some today and sell them to your friends and family. All money from ticket sales comes back to Pingree!!

Thanks to one of our dad`s, Jon Owen, for setting this up on his blog. Also you can make purchases at Goodsearch.com with a percentage going to Valley Mental Health. Remember also that Smith`s and Target will donate a percentage to Pingree if you set up your card to do so.
Remember class parties will be tomorrow at 1:00 pm. If you are a room parent please have an activity/craft and a treat prepared for tomorrow. If you have any problems providing this for your child`s class or questions please contact Melissa or Michele, as we will have PPSA provide the materials and treat for the class if you are unable. Thank you to all the room parents that have been doing such a great job!
Sara the Social Worker is planning on having another Parent Support group in January and a Parent Conference in March or April. More information will come later on these.
Remember also that applications for the 2012-2013 school year have gone out and are due back January 3, 2012. You must fill out an application for children that will be in grades Kingergarten or higher. If you have questions contact Dawn at the school.
