We need 2 volunteers to work the Chili Open dinner on February 1, 2013.  You will get dinner as part of the volunteering!  Contact Melissa Christensen if interested.
We also need several volunteers to work the Winter Festival on February 2, 2013.  The Festival runs from 8:30 am until 1:00 pm and we would like people to sign up for 1 to 2 hour shifts.  Please contact Laurel Ingham if you can help at this event.

Don't forget there is a 5K and 1K fun run the day of the Winter Festival.  It is $25.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the 1K and a t-shirt is included.  Golf is also available that day.  To register for the run or golf visit the website at utahchiliopen.org.   The Winter Festival is $25.00 for a family of 6 or $5.00 a person.  There will be kids crafts, games, face painting, balloon animals - so bring the family and have fun!

We still are collecting items for the Chili Open baskets and selling drawing tickets for the raffle.  Please contact Melissa if you have items to donate and see Liz in the office for drawing tickets.  Remember this is Pingree's big fundraiser for scholarships and classroom supplies - so please help if you can!
